Throughout a career spanning over 25 years, I have made significant contributions in various roles within the oral and maxillofacial surgery field. Starting from my early days as a surgical tech and moving up to administration, I gained a comprehensive understanding of the inner workings of oral and maxillofacial surgery practices. However, a new opportunity presented itself when I transitioned into SAAS healthcare integration software sales. This shift allowed me to explore the world of sales and develop expertise in integrating software solutions for healthcare providers.

One fateful day, I walked into a medi spa building, little knowing that it would change the course of my career. The owner offered me a chance to spearhead a newly launched company specializing in merchant services, equipment sales and leasing, and lending. Intrigued by the prospect of diving into the consultative financial aspect and building strong customer relationships,

I wholeheartedly embraced the offer. What truly captivated me in this role was the opportunity to engage in consultative financial services and establish meaningful connections with clients. While product and service sales were always part of the equation, I found the customer relationship aspect to be my true passion.

This remains the case even to this day. With the wealth of knowledge, I acquired throughout my diverse career, be it in managing patient care or customer care, I felt compelled to continue learning and expanding my horizons. This drive led me to obtain my health, life, and accident license, marking the beginning of my journey into understanding the significance of protection in the industry.

This endeavor allowed me to collaborate with the businesses I had cultivated relationships with over the years. Together, we offer Commerce & Concierge services to the industry verticals I know best: healthcare and dental practices.
