About Jennifer

I didn't choose healthcare simply as a career—I chose it because it shaped my life.

I was born with a congenital craniofacial condition called Hemifacial Microsomia (HFM). Throughout my childhood and into early adulthood, I spent countless hours in physicians' offices, hospitals, and oral and maxillofacial surgery practices. Those experiences introduced me to extraordinary healthcare professionals who cared for me with compassion, dignity, and unwavering dedication.

At 19, I underwent a 13-hour reconstructive surgery followed by nearly a year of recovery. That experience changed my life. When my surgeon later invited me to join his practice, it marked the beginning of a career I never imagined—but one that felt deeply meaningful.

I began as a surgical technologist, educating patients before surgery and supporting them through one of the most vulnerable times in their lives. Over the years, my career evolved into practice management, administration, operations, business development, and mergers and acquisitions, giving me a comprehensive understanding of what it takes to build and sustain a successful healthcare practice.

For more than 30 years, I've had the privilege of working alongside physicians, dentists, surgeons, and healthcare teams. Those experiences taught me that every practice is unique, and that meaningful partnerships are built on trust, integrity, and genuine care.

That is why I founded C3 Commerce & Concierge Consultants.

Today, my mission is simple: to help healthcare professionals navigate the business side of their practices with confidence, allowing them to focus on what matters most—their patients. Whether I'm designing employee benefits, consulting on practice growth, or helping guide a transition, every recommendation I make is rooted in the same principle that shaped my own journey: caring for people first.
